Solution

Documents that find themselves

Every company has a folder nobody enjoys opening. Here documents are read by machine on upload — and afterwards they are found by what is written inside them.

The problem today

The contract is in the manager’s inbox, the scanned invoice is in “Documents2” and the report is in a chat app. When an audit or a dispute arrives, three hours go into finding one file everybody remembers exists.

What you get

One repository where uploading is the only manual step. The rest — recognition, extraction, filing — happens by itself.

  • Text recognition from scans and photos, Cyrillic included.
  • Extraction of the fields that matter: parties, amounts, dates, number and term.
  • Search by content — “contracts with a penalty clause”, not by file name.
  • Reminders for expiring terms, before they expire.
  • Who uploaded, who looked and who changed it — per document.

Who it is for

Companies with a lot of incoming paper or PDF — accounting firms, construction, transport, trade with long contracts. In short, wherever the volume is such that “we will sort it out one day” never happened.

Frequently asked questions

Does it recognise Bulgarian scans?

Yes, including handwritten signatures and stamps over the text. Quality depends on the scan — a phone photo of a crumpled sheet stays hard.

Does this replace our accounting software?

No. That remains where the books are kept. This solves the earlier question — where the document is and what it says.

Can we restrict who sees what?

Yes. Access follows the role, and every opening of a document leaves a trace.

Upload one folder and see

There is no need to tidy it up first. The untidy folder is precisely the good test.
