Software for a haulage firm, written around your trips

A trip is arranged in an hour. Following it afterwards takes a week.

What eats the time

Which driver is where, which waybill has not come back, what fuel went on this trip, whether it was invoiced at all — all of it lives in a spreadsheet, in chat and in the dispatcher's head. When the dispatcher is on holiday, the firm runs at half speed.

What gets built

One register of trips, where the document, the cost and the invoice sit next to the trip itself rather than in three separate folders.

  • A register of trips: load, route, driver, vehicle, deadlines, status.
  • The documents for the trip in one place — CMR, waybill, weighbridge ticket, a photo from the driver’s phone.
  • The arithmetic of the trip: freight against fuel, tolls and waiting time. Profit per trip, not per month.
  • Reminders for vehicle and driver deadlines: insurance, roadworthiness test, tachograph card.
  • Invoicing from the trips actually run, without copying from a spreadsheet.

What we do not take on

Tachograph data and the regulated reading of it stay with the program that downloads them — a link is built to it, not a replacement. The same goes for GPS tracking: whatever you already have is what gets used.

Frequently asked questions

We have a GPS system. Do we have to change it?

No. The position comes from it; what is added here is what it does not know — the load, the document and the money on the trip.

Will the drivers cope?

A driver is asked for a photo and one button. Anything more involved stays with the dispatcher.

Can we see profit per trip rather than per month?

Yes. That is the usual reason haulage firms get in touch.

Describe how you arrange one trip

Sign up and describe the path of a single trip at your firm. If what you get is no use to you, you have spent nothing.
