Cookies and browser storage
The short version: this site sets no cookies at all and shows no consent banner. The longer version is an inventory of everything it stores in your browser.
Last revised: 6 August 2026
1. Why there is no banner
Consent is asked for tracking. This site does not track: no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising or third-party scripts. It stores only what a specific feature cannot work without — that is strictly necessary and, by law, requires no consent. Hence no banner. If we ever add analytics, the banner will appear before it, not after.
2. Cookies
None. Neither ours nor anyone else's. The site sets no HTTP cookies — what it uses is the browser's local storage, which is not sent with requests and cannot be used to track you across sites.
3. What is stored in local storage
Eight keys, each for a specific feature. You can delete them from your browser settings without losing access to anything beyond what is listed:
- aicloud.gate — the preview code, while the site is not publicly launched. Without it every page asks for the code again. It disappears at launch.
- aicloud.lang — the language you chose, so that it carries over into the application.
- aicloud.utm — the campaign parameters from the address, if you arrived through an advert. Kept only until the tab is closed (sessionStorage), so that we can tell where an enquiry came from.
- aicloud.chat.cid, aicloud.chat.history, aicloud.chat.greeted — the conversation with the chat assistant: its technical identifier, the recent turns and whether the greeting has already been shown. All three are kept only until the tab is closed (sessionStorage), so that the conversation survives a page reload.
- platform-token — your session, once you sign in. Without it the sign-in is not remembered.
- admin-token — an operator session for the platform staff. It is not created by an ordinary visit.
4. Third-party services
The pages of this site load nothing from another domain — no external fonts, images, videos or scripts. Payment is the exception: when you press a purchase button in the application you go to a secure Stripe page, where their cookie rules apply.
5. How to delete them
Through your browser settings — the privacy section, clearing site data. You will need to enter the preview code again and sign in again; nothing else is lost.
