You are not on your own — we build it with you

You can build everything yourself in the studio, and many companies do exactly that. But if you would rather not be on your own, we sit down with you and go all the way — to a system running on your real data that your team uses every day.

Two ways to reach a working system

The result is the same; what differs is who describes the system. Neither route has plans, a monthly fee or a minimum term — this is not a subscription that runs until you stop it.

On your own

You build it in the studio

You describe what you need in plain language and the platform builds it. We ask for neither a conversation nor a card to get you started.

Together

We build it with you, to the finish

We step into the project with you and do not step out until it is done. We learn the process, build the system and put it into real use with your team.

  • One person carries the project from the first call to going live.
  • We work with your real data, not with samples.
  • We do not stop at a demo — the end is a system the team uses.
  • Charged per task, quoted in advance — not by the hour.

Initial setup

We create the organisation, invite the team with the right roles and build the first application together with you, until it runs on your real data.

  • A conversation about the process — what goes in, what comes out, who approves.
  • The first working version, checked against your data rather than samples.
  • Roles and access according to who should see what.

Data migration

Customers, suppliers, documents and history from a spreadsheet, from the old system or from a folder of scans. The table is imported as it is — tidying it is our job, not yours.

Team training

One session, in person or online, with the people who will use it every day. The slow part of any such system is never the software — it is the team getting used to it.

Ongoing support

Changes when the process changes. A new column in a report, a new stage in the pipeline, a new kind of document — these are conversations, not projects. We reply within one working day.

After the project is finished

Once the system is done, the build is over and it is not paid for twice. If you decide to stay with us, the project keeps running on the platform and you pay only what it consumes — credits for the hosting, the database, the functions and the AI answers. Frequently asked questions

Do you have plans or a monthly fee?

No. No plans, no subscription and no per-user fee. The build is paid once, per task, and the running system spends credits according to what it uses.

How far do you go with us on the project?

To the finish — to the point where the system runs on real data and your people use it. We do not leave a project half done and we do not stop at a demo.

Are the services compulsory?

No. You register and work on your own without ever speaking to a person. The services are there for when you would rather not be on your own.

How are they charged?

Per task, quoted in advance — not by the hour and not on subscription. You know the amount before we start.

Do you work with our external IT provider?

Yes. If you already have a person or a firm, we work with them, not instead of them.
