3D Code EOOD hosts the applications built on the AICLOUD platform, and also takes in a project you built elsewhere.
An application built with us
A project built on the platform is hosted from day one. No server to configure, no certificate to buy and nobody to chase to get it running — the application gets an address and works.
- Address, certificate and updates — without your involvement.

A project built elsewhere
The application does not have to be born here. If you have a finished project — your own or built by another team — you can upload it and host it here alongside the rest.
- You upload the project and it is hosted on the same terms as ours.
- The code stays yours and can be exported at any time.
- Support is in Bulgarian, from people in Bulgaria.
Resources on request
Besides hosting an application we also sell the resources themselves — compute, a database, file storage. Scope and price are agreed against what you actually need, which is why this part goes through an enquiry rather than a price list. Write to us from Contact.
Where the data sits
The infrastructure is in the Frankfurt region, Germany — inside the European Union. We do not claim the servers are in Bulgaria: the company is Bulgarian, the support and the invoice are Bulgarian, and the machines are in the EU. The details are on the Data security page.
A paused project is not charged and is not lost
Pausing and deleting are two different things and we do not mix them. A paused project stops working and stops costing — nothing in it is lost and it starts again when you decide. Deletion happens only when a person asks for it explicitly; we have no system that decides on its own to delete somebody else's project.
Free for projects that serve the public
A project that serves the public is hosted free of charge. It is not a discount and not a campaign with an end date — it is a decision we announced in a news post and it holds for as long as the project is that.
Frequently asked questions
Is the hosting Bulgarian?
The supplier is Bulgarian — 3D Code EOOD, seated in Stara Zagora, with an invoice from a Bulgarian company and support in Bulgarian. The machines themselves are in the Frankfurt region, Germany, that is, inside the European Union.
Can I upload a project that was not built with you?
AICLOUD accepts for hosting a project built elsewhere — by you or by another team. It does not have to be built on the platform to live on it.
What does hosting cost?
Hosting is paid in credits per day for an active project, and the exact figure is published on the Pricing page and written in one place so it cannot drift. Resources on request are quoted separately.
What happens when the credits run out?
The project is paused, not deleted. It stops processing requests and stops being charged; the data stays where it is and the application starts again once credits are topped up.
Do you delete a project that has been paused for a long time?
3D Code EOOD does not delete a customer project on a timer, on judgement or for lack of credits. Deletion happens only when a person asks for it explicitly and confirms — you for your own project, or our operator at your request.
Do you rent out GPU servers?
3D Code EOOD does not rent out GPU servers and does not provide a model-training environment. The cloud service here is application hosting and resources on request. The artificial intelligence in the platform is used through the platform itself and paid for in credits against usage — you do not rent a machine in order to use it.
