Software for an accounting firm that takes on the manual work around the ledger

Your accounting program does its job. The time does not go into posting entries — it goes into everything around them.

What eats the time in a practice

Clients send invoices by chat, by email and in an envelope once a month. The same question arrives from twelve companies in the same week. A VAT figure is asked for three days before the deadline. None of this is accounting, and it takes half the day.

What gets built

The layer between the client and the accounting program — the part done by hand today because no program covers it.

  • A client portal: they upload a document once and see what is still missing, without writing an email.
  • Invoice reading — supplier, number, date, net, VAT — into a table your accounting program can take.
  • A deadline register per company: VAT, social security, annual accounts, with a reminder before the date rather than after it.
  • Answers to the questions clients keep asking — by your rules and in your words.
  • One screen showing who has still not brought what, for the whole month.

What we do not take on

Posting entries, depreciation, payroll and filing with the revenue authority stay where they are today. We do not replace accounting software and we write nothing that the law requires to be certified. What gets built is the layer before and after it.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace our accounting program?

No, and it does not try to. The program stays. What is solved here is collecting the documents, the deadlines and the client conversation — the three things the program does not cover.

How does the data reach the program we use?

It comes out as a table in the format your program accepts. If it has a way to import directly, that is the one used.

How many client companies make it worth it?

From about twenty upwards, collecting documents already eats half a person. Below ten it is still manageable by hand.
