From today AICLOUD is also on the Greek market. The platform has its own address — ai-cloud.gr — and it is entirely in Greek: the pages, the sign-up, the portal, the studio, the invoices and the support.
Not a translated menu
The Greek platform is not a Bulgarian product with its menu translated. Everything a customer meets along the way is in Greek: the site, the sign-up, the portal, the emails they receive, and the studio itself. A Greek customer describes the job in Greek — "an online shop with card payment", "a stock control program" — and gets a working application, exactly as a Bulgarian one describes it in Bulgarian.
Support in Greek
Questions are asked in Greek and answered in Greek — through the assistant on the site and at contact@ai-cloud.gr. Someone who asks in their own language should not be answered in English, because English is the language both sides speak only halfway.
The same platform underneath
The same one Bulgarian customers use: credits instead of a subscription, payment for actual use, a separate workspace per company with roles and an audit trail, and a project that can be pushed to your own GitHub repository and moved elsewhere. The operator is the same — 3D Code EOOD, Stara Zagora.
What changes is the language and the market. The product and the rules do not.
Why Greece first
A neighbouring market with thousands of small and medium companies that have the same problem as the Bulgarian ones: they need software and cannot afford a development team. Close enough to serve properly from Stara Zagora, and large enough to be worth doing in their own language rather than in English.
Where this goes
Greece is the first step outside Bulgaria. The goal by the end of the year is the whole of Eastern Europe — country by country, each in its own language and with its own support. There is an English version everywhere, but it is an addition, not a substitute: a company buys software in the language it runs its business in.
Nothing changes for Bulgarian customers
