From today the assistant in the bottom right corner of aicloud.bg no longer only writes, it talks too. Open the chat, press the microphone, allow access to it and ask out loud: what the platform can build, what it costs, how work gets started. The answer comes at once, in a natural voice.
A conversation, not a voice menu
This is not a phone robot of the "for sales, press 1" kind. You can interrupt it mid-sentence and it stops to listen. Ask "and how much would that cost?" and it knows what you mean. If it did not hear you clearly, it asks you to repeat instead of guessing. When it needs to give you an email, a phone number or a page address, it does not spell it out letter by letter but shows it on screen.
It knows what the written chat knows
It answers from the same knowledge base — the services, the credit packs, how work with the platform is done — and it does not make things up. If it does not know something, it says so and points you to the team. If you carry on in writing after the call, the chat remembers what was said.
Bulgarian first, English when you need it
The main language is Bulgarian; on the English pages the call starts in English. If you speak whole sentences in the other language, the assistant switches with you, and switches back when you do. A model name or a single foreign word in a sentence is no reason to change language.
What we keep and what we don't
The sound is not recorded anywhere. We keep only the text of the call, as with the written chat, so that we can check the assistant answers correctly. The number of calls per hour and per day is limited, and insults or obscenities make the assistant hang up.
The same can sit on your own site
The assistant is not an off-the-shelf service we bought. It is built on the same platform our customers use to build their applications. A shop that answers questions about stock. A car service that explains when the car can come in. A clinic that walks patients through a procedure.
