As of today AI-CLOUD works in three more countries: Romania at ai-cloud.ro, Italy at ai-cloud.it and Spain at ai-cloud.es. Each of the three platforms is fully in its country's language — the pages, the signup, the portal, the studio, the billing and the support.
In their language, not in English
The three platforms are not a Bulgarian product with a translated menu. The Romanian customer describes their task in Romanian, the Italian in Italian, the Spaniard in Spanish — "an online shop with card payments", "a stock tracking program" — and gets a working application, just as the Bulgarian customer describes it in Bulgarian. An English version exists everywhere, but it is a supplement, not a substitute: a company buys software in the language it does business in.
Support in each language
Questions are asked in the local language and answered in it — through the assistant on the site and at contact@ai-cloud.ro, contact@ai-cloud.it and contact@ai-cloud.es. A person asking in their own language should not get an answer in English, because that is the language both sides half-speak.
The same platform underneath
The same thing Bulgarian customers use: an AI platform with credits instead of a subscription, payment for actual use, a separate workspace for each company with roles and a log, and a project that can leave for its own GitHub repository and be moved elsewhere. The operator is the same — 3D Kod EOOD, Stara Zagora.
The language and the market change. The product and the rules do not.
Why these three countries
After Greece, Romania is the natural next step in Eastern Europe: a neighbouring market with thousands of small and medium companies that need software but cannot afford a team of developers. Italy and Spain are the same problem at a larger scale — millions of companies that artificial intelligence can finally serve in their own language, instead of waiting for English from them.
Nothing changes for our Bulgarian customers
